1.General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Winona International Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) and any person (“You” or “User”) who accesses the website winonainternational.co.th, including any and all related services and transactions.
1.2. By accessing or using this website, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must cease using the website immediately.

2. Product Orders

2.1. When placing an order, the User must provide information that is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
2.2. An order shall be considered complete and accept only after the Company has received payment in full and has issued an order confirmation to the User.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason, particularly if it is determined that:
* The information provided is inaccurate or incomplete;
* Payment has failed or is incomplete; or
* Delivery is prevented by a force majeure event.

3. Payment

3.1. The User may make payment via the methods specified by the Company, such as credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other supported online payment gateways.
3.2. Product prices shall be as stated on the website at the time the order is placed and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable.
3.3. The Company shall not be responsible for any fees or charges imposed by the User’s financial institution or payment service provider.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We will ship your order only to the address you provide during checkout.
4.2. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4.3. Once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. The User may request to return a product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
* The product must be in its original, unopened condition with all packaging intact.
* Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
5.2. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, except in cases where the product is defective due to a manufacturing fault or was damaged during shipping.
5.3. The approval of a refund is at the sole discretion of the Company and will be determined after an inspection of the returned product.
5.4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and issued to the original method of payment.

6. Product Warranty

6.1. The Company warrants that all products meet established manufacturing standards and possess the certifications required by law (e.g., FDA or other relevant authorities).
6.2. In the event that a product has a manufacturing defect, the Company will either replace the product with a new one or issue a full refund.
6.3. This warranty does not extend to cover:

* Damage caused by storage in unsuitable environmental conditions;
* Damage resulting from accidents or force majeure events.

7. Promotions and Marketing Activities
